Public Hearing – Local Law 3 – Residential Parking Permits
The Public Hearing was called to order at 5PM by Mayor, Michael A. Mahoney. Deputy Mayor, James G. Collea was present along with Board of Trustees; David J. Morosco and Deborah L. Constas. Unable to attend was Trustee Adam J. Sassone. Clerk / Treasurer Stephanie Nowak was also in attendance.
The Notice of Public Hearing was read. Mayor Mahoney explained the details of Local Law 3-2020- Residential Parking Permits. This will allow, with approval from the Chief of Police or Officer in Charge and the Chief of the Fire Department, a resident to park in the street. There will be restrictions with snow fall and street size.
There were no public comments.
Motion 57-2020 was made to adjourn the Public Hearing by Deputy Mayor Collea, Seconded by Trustee Morosco; all in favor 3-0.
