Public Hearing – Local Law 4 – Nuisance Abatement
The Public Hearing was called to order at 5:15PM by Mayor Michael A. Mahoney. Deputy Mayor James G. Collea was present along with, Trustees David J. Morosco and Deborah L. Constas. Unable to attend was Trustee Adam J. Sassone. Also, in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer Stephanie L. Nowak.
The Notice of Public Hearing was read. Mayor Mahoney explained the details of Local Law 4-2020 Nuisance Abatement. This law would give the Village more leverage against landlords to correct reoccurring violations.
There were no public comments.
Motion 58-2020 to adjourn the Public Hearing was made by Deputy Mayor Collea, seconded by Trustee Constas; all in favor 3-0.
