Mayor Mahoney commented further on the zoning change of R1 and R2. Both these zones are residential, but the R2 allows for multiple family dwellings. The Village would like to change all R2’s to R1’s. This would be for future development only. If there is currently a multi dwelling in this zone it would be grandfathered in, but no future homes would be able to be made in to multiple family dwellings.
Motion 64-2019 was made to adjourn the meeting at 6:17pm by Trustee Morosco, seconded by Trustee Sassone; all in favor 5-0.
Respectfully Submitted,
Stephanie Nowak
